Last game of the season for us, and another promising lefty
for the Marlins, Justin Nicolino, pitched seven innings of two hit ball,
lowering his ERA to less than 1.00. Like
Andrew Heaney he has a 90
mph plus fastball with an effective curve and change-up, and good control. The Marlins farm club is loaded with lefty
pitching talent and it will be interesting to watch Nicolino's and Heaney's
rise to the majors. His delivery is
nicely captured with my new Canon camera with a 20x optical telephoto.
